Carol Lewis

Carol has worked in public health at YCCHS since 1989. In her current role, she manages ten grants and oversees a staff of 12 community health educators. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health from Prescott College and a Master's of Administration with an emphasis in Health Science from Northern Arizona University. She enjoys spending time with family, including her two grandchildren and taking hikes with her golden retriever, Sunshine. 

Sharmel Jordan

Sharmel joined YCCHS in 2006. She attended Northern Arizona University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion. She works in SNAP Ed, Smoke Free Arizona, and Tobacco. She enjoys teaching the importance of good nutrition & being active every day to students. She also teaches the CDSMP workshops and leads the Prescott Trekabout group. Her passion is spending time with friends and family (dogs included), decorating, cooking, hiking, & yoga.

Carla started with Yavapai County in 2000. She currently works in the Tobacco, Smoke Free Arizona, & SNAP Ed programs. She is trained in the Chronic Disease Self Management Program, Matter of Balance, & Tai Chi. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's Degree in University Studies, with minors in Community Health Education & Health Program Management.

Laurel joined YCCHS in 2007 and spearheads the Worksite Wellness program. A strong proponent of health and wellness, she holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and has been a yoga instructor since 1999.

Heather joined YCCHS in 2012. She received her B.S. in Kinesiology with a Health Specialization from Michigan State University and her M.A. in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University. Her goal is to make the healthy choice the easy choice. 

Jen Mabery

Jen joined YCCHS in 2015. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Parks & Recreation Management with an emphasis in experiential education. She works passionately in youth advocacy, Tobacco Education, and Community Wellness projects. 

Katie Lobaugh

Katie received a Bachelors of Science in K-12 Physical Education with a Minor in Coaching at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota. She loves to spend free time working out, playing sports, and coaching volleyball. Katie's passion is teaching nutrition and physical education.

Rachel Mills

Rachel has worked as a Health Educator with Yavapai County Community Health Services since 2015. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and is a Master Trainer for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and the Chronic Pain Self-Management Program, a lay leader for A Matter of Balance, and a certified instructor for Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and getting together with family. 

Pat Robison

A Prescott native, Pat began working for Yavapai County 1997, in the field of probation.  In 2019, she joined YCCHS team.  She currently is a Sexual Health and Healthy Relationships Educator, and works on prescription drug abuse prevention, and Smoke Free Arizona.  She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and has a Masters in Human Services from Argosy Universion. Pat is a Motivational Interviewing facilitator and serves on the Arizona Judicial Staff Education Committee.  Her free time is spent with family and friends, which includes her five grandchildren.  She also loves to snow ski, kayak, hike, and play volleyball and softball.

Katie Harmelink

Katie started with YCCHS in 2011. She works under Teen Pregnancy Prevention and HIV testing/education. In her free time, she likes to hike, kayak, and travel with her family. 

Melissa Garcia

Melissa started with YCCHS in 2017. Her work focuses on prescription drug abuse prevention. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Northern Arizona University. She is a lay leader for CDSMP and Matter of Balance. She loves travelling the country with her faithful dog, Charlie. 

Cindy Garman

Cindy is a Sexual Health & Healthy Relationships Educator with YCCHS, teaching in Middle & High Schools throughout Yavapai County. Cindy has worked with teen birth mothers & fathers, teens in partner violence & pregnancy options for 14 years in Yavapai County. She believes good education empowers young women to make healthy choices throughout their lives. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from John Brown University.

Suzie Delgado

Suzie started with YCCHS in 2009. Over the past 9 years, she has had the opportunity to work in various programs including WIC, CSFP (Food Plus), and Community Health Education. She has an A.A. degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology. She currently works under the SNAP Ed and Anti-Bullying Grants. Her hobbies include yoga, hiking, Latin dancing, gardening, & spending time with her 2 adorable kids.

Seth graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and a minor in Pre-law.  He currently works on prescription drug abuse prevention, tobacco education, Smoke Free Arizona, and sexual health. In his free time Seth enjoys hiking with his dogs.
